Bálint Balázs
I was born on the 5 August 1982, in Budapest. I attended the Vocational Secondary and Training School for Building and Ornament Art. In 1996 I graduated as a
stone sculptor (1996-2000), ornament sculptor (2000-2002), and monumental and ornamental stone curver (2003).
During my studyies I took part in the restoration of the Hungarian National Museum, as stone sculptor and ornamental sculptor.
Then I attended the :
Hungarian University of Fine Arts at the faculty of stone sculptor - and restaurator (2003-2008), and I also got my diploma as a descriptive, geometry, art, - and visual education teacher.
My Diploma work at the faculty of restoration was the Column of Saint Maria of Abda, which was erected in the 17th century.
My Thesis for this faculty is about the changes: The changes in the stilistics and materials of facade embellisments from the Baroque to the Eclesticism.(still in progress)
The title of my Thesis for the Teachers faculty is: The teaching methodolgy, artistic examples and demonstration of axonometry, perspectivity and shadow editing.
